Christopher Robinson and Stuart Loewenstein are the owners and managers of Bluerock Minerals. They each have over 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with a successful track record of getting mineral rights deals done and a reputation of honesty, integrity, technical expertise and plain old hard work.

Robinson began his career as a professional landman “in the field.”  There, he gained an in-depth understanding of the needs of mineral owners and how to clearly communicate the sometimes unfamiliar language found in oil and gas agreements. Throughout the course of his career, he has owned successful oil and gas operating companies, which often participated in joint ventures with some of the largest and most sophisticated oil and gas companies in the country. He has worked with individual mineral owners as well as large groups to facilitate acreage deals where they reaped huge benefit. Without Robinson's many years of hands-on experience and deep industry understanding, these deals would almost certainly not have happened.

Loewenstein began his career in the oil and gas industry as a geologist where he learned how oil and gas is found.  He developed a track record as a “finder” with discoveries in numerous exploration projects to his credit. Loewenstein moved on to roles as exploration manager, supervisor of geoscience and land departments, business development and an independent consultant to oil and gas companies. Throughout his career, he has been involved in industry joint ventures, corporate acquisitions and divestures, and the detailed evaluation of oil and gas properties. While always realistic, Loewenstein knows that understanding the ultimate potential and highest possible value for an asset is more than what you are looking at, most often it’s how you look at it.
